Easily reach out from the Help Docs widget with a new contact form

You can now send messages directly from the Help Docs widget using a built-in contact form, making it simpler to get support without leaving your workflow.

This update introduces a brand-new contact form right inside the Help Docs widget, so you can quickly send questions or feedback without searching for email addresses or leaving the page.

Contact made simple
A dedicated contact field has been added to your settings, letting you specify the email address where these messages should be sent. When users open the Help tab in the widget, they’ll see an easy-to-use form that confirms submission success, giving confidence their message went through.
