We've launched a self-service support system featuring a searchable FAQ with dozens of answers and a friendly chat widget, making it easy to get help anytime without waiting.
We want to make it easier for you to find answers and solve issues on your own schedule, so we've built a new self-service support system. The heart of it is an all-new FAQ page loaded with 35 common questions organized into seven clear categories. Everything is searchable and you can even link directly to the exact question you need, which will highlight it right away.
To make getting help feel conversational and personal, we've added a chat-style help widget that you can summon anytime by clicking the floating button or using Cmd+K. This replaces the old LeadConnector chat and gives you a seamless way to explore our support content without leaving the page.
We also simplified things by moving all support content from the old docs pages into this new FAQ, so you have one go-to place. The footer link now points straight to the FAQ to guide you there quickly. We're excited about how this setup empowers you to get the help you need faster and more naturally.
