You’ve got new tabs to manage help topics and messages easily

The Help Center dashboard now has four new tabs to organize your help articles, track what people search for, and handle messages from customers. Everything’s in one place to keep your support smooth.

We expanded your Help Center dashboard with Categories, Articles, Search Analytics, and Contact Inbox tabs. This means you can now organize topics better with drag-and-drop categories, write and preview articles right there, and see what your users are searching for most.

Plus, the new Contact Inbox tab helps you manage messages from your customers easily—filter messages, see which ones you’ve read, and reply directly to emails all within the dashboard.

These changes make it much simpler to keep your help content organized and stay on top of customer questions without switching apps.
