Smoother and more consistent reaction feedback experience

Friday, January 2, 2026·1 min read

Reacting and skipping feedback is now more intuitive and visually polished, with messages that appear and disappear seamlessly. The widget and page now behave the same way for a cohesive experience.

Giving feedback just got a lot smoother and more consistent, whether you're using the widget or the page itself. Now, when you click the same reaction while the feedback form is open, it simply collapses, making it easier to change your mind without extra steps.

Streamlined feedback flow
Skipping feedback no longer triggers a lingering thank-you message; it just quietly closes the form so you can get back to what you were doing. When you do send feedback, a brief "Thanks!" message pops up and then fades away after two seconds, keeping things friendly but unobtrusive.

If you’ve already shared feedback and click on a reaction again, you’ll see a quick thanks message instead of reopening the form, so you’re not overwhelmed with repetitive prompts.

Polished visuals and consistent behavior
The Send button in the widget now has better contrast on light colors, making it easier to see and click. Behind the scenes, the React component and vanilla JavaScript widget are fully synchronized, so no matter how you interact, the feedback experience feels consistent and reliable.
