When you push code to GitHub, Makrly reads your commit messages and code changes. Our AI analyzes what you built, filters out mundane commits, and generates engaging social media posts tailored for each platform.

Is my code safe? What permissions do you need?

Yes, your code is safe. We only request read-only access to your repositories. We can't modify your code, create branches, or make any changes. We only read commit messages and diffs to understand what you're building.

Can I use my own AI API key?

Yes! You can bring your own API key from OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or other providers through OpenRouter. This gives you full control over which AI model generates your posts.

Which platforms are supported?

Currently, Makrly generates posts optimized for X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Facebook. Each platform gets a different version tailored to its audience and format.

The changelog pages now have a clean and modern look that feels more like a magazine than a list. You’ll notice a bold banner at the top with the total number of updates, plus the latest entry is showcased big and bold so it’s easy to spot.

As you scroll, the dates line up neatly with each update, making it simple to see when changes happened. Small details like colored dots and subtle animations bring the pages to life without being distracting.

We’ve also improved the individual update pages by adding bigger titles and images right at the top to draw you in. Plus, searching for specific updates is quicker with a handy shortcut, and if there’s nothing to show, you’ll see a friendlier message with a bigger icon. Overall, it’s easier and nicer to keep up with what’s new.
