Easier to find help with new categories and article types

Help topics are now organized into folders and you can see both FAQs and full articles. This makes browsing and searching for answers much clearer and smoother.

We’ve added a way to group help topics into categories, kind of like folders, so everything is neatly organized. You’ll notice it’s easier to explore related questions and articles because they’re arranged in a clear hierarchy.

Also, help entries now distinguish between quick FAQs and longer articles. This means whether you want a short answer or a detailed explanation, you can find exactly what you need without confusion.

Plus, the system behind the scenes helps everything stay consistent and easy to manage, so you get a better overall experience browsing help whenever you need it.
