How does Makrly generate posts from my commits?

When you push code to GitHub, Makrly reads your commit messages and code changes. Our AI analyzes what you built, filters out mundane commits, and generates engaging social media posts tailored for each platform.

Is my code safe? What permissions do you need?

Yes, your code is safe. We only request read-only access to your repositories. We can't modify your code, create branches, or make any changes. We only read commit messages and diffs to understand what you're building.

Can I use my own AI API key?

Yes! You can bring your own API key from OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or other providers through OpenRouter. This gives you full control over which AI model generates your posts.

Which platforms are supported?

Currently, Makrly generates posts optimized for X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Facebook. Each platform gets a different version tailored to its audience and format.

We've cleaned up the dashboard headers for a consistent look and added a search bar and sorting options on the websites page, making it easier to find and organize your sites.

This update brings a fresh and tidy look to your dashboard by unifying the headers across different pages. By moving page titles and descriptions into a single layout header, we've eliminated duplicate headers on audit, websites, team, and new website pages, creating a smoother and more consistent browsing experience.

Easier website management
On the websites page, you can now quickly search and filter your list by name or URL, saving you time finding exactly the site you're looking for. We've also added a sorting dropdown so you can organize your sites based on name, date added, score, or status, giving you greater control over how your data is displayed.

Consistent navigation styles
To round things out, the back buttons now use a secondary style that blends in nicely with the overall design, making navigation feel more polished and intuitive throughout the dashboard.
