Chatbot answers are now more accurate and reliable
We fixed several issues that were causing the chatbot to miss important information or give confusing replies. Plus, the app’s name is now Trigglio and some behind-the-scenes updates make things run smoother.
You’ll notice your chatbot answers are clearer and more trustworthy now. We fixed problems where the system sometimes thought it had the right info but actually didn’t, which could lead to missing or wrong responses.
If the chatbot can’t find a good answer, it will now be honest about it instead of guessing, so you get a better experience. Also, our app has a fresh new name — FlowPal is now called Trigglio — so everything feels more up to date.
We also made sure lots of the smaller fixes and updates on the app’s toolkit help keep things running smoothly and reliably for you.
