Chat responses now remember fallback knowledge

Your chatbot can now use backup answers better when it gets stuck.

Sometimes, your chatbot struggled to give answers. It forgot backup knowledge that could help. Now, it keeps that knowledge safe and uses it when needed.

This means more helpful responses for you. When your chatbot doesn't know something, it can still offer useful information from its backup.
